I've been watching this drama because I loved IRIS and this is quite good. The plot focuses more on the secret organizations/spies and stuff than IRIS and it's really really interesting. There's no obvious love interest between the characters yet, because there's more than a few love lines going on right now hahaha. Compared to IRIS, which was basically a triangle.

Anyway, I can't wait to hear this song during the drama haha mostly it's been ballads and stuff. I think this song might come on during the shooting/high-action/adrenaline-pumping scenes!!

WOW i was totally blown away by this MV. It is so freaking powerful/fierce, and the choreography, just wow! I love clean moves/choreography and this dance was just great. !!!!!!!!! Also, I spot the matrix stuff/cameras that were used in SHINee's Lucifer hehe seems like SM is going through a phase where he loves using stuff like that! Haha

I can't wait to see them perform on stage. This choreography + singing = I can't wait to see how it'll be like haha!!

This is one of my favourite songs (along with High High)!!

The MV is quite Americanized (like what everyone says), but YG has always been different anyway! There was a cuuuuute cameo by Gaho too!! The dog has grown so big now :') HAHAHAHA.

The props are quite smartly used haha. It was quite interesting to watch even if there was no proper storyline. I wonder if the toys belonged to TOP?

Anyway, sorry for the long absence...... it's getting hard to update this blog haha but I don't want to give up on it either cos I poured all my spazzing into this! For over 2 years plus........ More updates coming soon!!!!! /Promise/

Aw this was really sweet.

Sunggyu's voice is pretty good but his accent is heavy at the start haha. Ji Sun (fellow labelmate) has a really good voice!!!! Really impressed, it's very rich and harmonizes perfectly with Sunggyu's. And then there L in the background strumming away on his guitar hehe never knew he could play~

That said, the dog looks really cute!!!!!!!! But it looks like it's trying to get off Ji Sun's lap HAHA.

I've just watched the video and I enjoyed it (even though halfway through I thought I was watching an abusive movie or something - the way the guy was hitting CL is just wrong!! GUYS SHOULD NEVER HIT GIRLS) because i quite like music videos with a plot. Okaaaay.

From what I saw and read, keeping in mind CL = black car and BADGUY = orange car, the crash at the end is something like a scenario that would have happened if CL decided to race and try to beat the badguy?? Something like that. It did not ACTUALLY happen, which is why CL walks off with the other 3 members at the end of the video.

But then, who is in the black car? Apparently, badguy really dies (orange car crashes) but the black car catches fire first?? Haha.

Hope they tell us the story!! COME CLEAN~~
But the most important thing is, CL doesn't die at the end of the video. What remains to be seen is whether that idiot dies or not...

The idiot who, by the way, at 4:28 looks like a girl!! LOL. I got mindblown quite a lot of times, especially at the CG effects - quite obvious yet good effort. AND THE PART WHERE ALL 4 OF THEM "STAND" ON THE RACE TRACK WITH THE CARS WHIZZING BY - MY PERSONAL FAV CG EFFECT HEHEHEHE

omg this is one sick MV, the outfits and the set - everything is just fierce and epic. Also, the dance - it really makes you wanna learn it, plus it's quite simple/complex at the same time, you know? Actually the movements remind me of this song/game I learned once during a camp HAHAHA

Nice to see a lot of Dara here!! :D looks like Bom's holding down the chorus and CL + Minzy still have a lot of raps in between, along with the rap segment. I LOVE THE ENDING. And the blonde hair on CL. Sorry, it's all jumbled up cos my thoughts are in a mess right now. But i think the blonde hair looks great on CL. I think they were probably deciding between Bom and CL, on who would get the red and blonde hair hahaha

Is this a Teddy or Kush?? Either way, it's got YG FAM BAM screaming all over it hahahaha fierce and different from the rest of the scene. :)

Can't wait for the rest of the MVs to be released (tomorrow and the day after tomorrow!) - though I did feel a little cheated because i made an effort to wake up earlier only to see that there was nothing released... then.

Hey everyone!

Seems like the latest craze is desktop buddies?? :)

Desktop buddies are animated stuff (in this case, we're talking about chibi/real-life characters of kpop groups) that appear on your screen. The namesake comes from the fact that they'll "accompany" you on your computer ie desktop.

Different characters have different features. For example, I think Taecyeon's chibi will sing to you; some of the desktop buddies will shake your screen/window and stuff like that.

Also, these desktop buddies will spawn (some spawn more crazily than others) and they can fill up your whole screen!! :D

I found some helpful links where the kind souls have already linked files of the various kpop desktop buddies together, along with instructions. Here you go~

Wow I was watching this and thinking - what ~*beautiful*~ people...

Seohyun really does look like a goddess here!! She's perfect for the role because she gives off the pure innocent image and I believe she really is - in real life she's probably down to earth and normal. Haha. Then, Jay -oh my god- so good looking!! Jungmo is rocking that blonde hair btw, wow just ~wow~. They all look SO GOOD here.

I liked this song the minute I heard it. It's rare, but maybe it's because it's a won't-go-wrong confection of pop and happy tunes haha. I've never really listened to TRAX before, but I've watched a bit of Band Of Brothers (whatever that was subbed, anyway) where the two of them appeared on it along with Kang-in and Heechul. I thought Jungmo was so cuteeeee and Jay was kinda aloof which scared me haha

But they look so good here!! Must remember to catch their music show performances! I haven't watched a music show in some time now...

HAHAHAHA joking. I know this is kinda dated (it's been out for awhile) but oh well, I've only managed to find the time to watch it now!!

Anyway, I liked the concept of this better? Compared to the Korean version because it was mainly dancing and legs and making myself feel bad about myself. HAHA, kidding. There really IS a genie (somewhat) and the boy uses the magic lamp to fulfill his wish at the end of the video, sort of.

I quite like the clothes here. I tried to look at the video from the perspective of someone who is new to them (ie doesn't know their names) and Tiffany looks really different because of the heavy eye makeup? I don't know, but she looks different from normal haha her eyes look... less clear (maybe cos of the makeup). But I think the stylists did try to make them look different, especially for the ones who look alike to an outsider. :) Effort! :Db

But I think I'm kinda used to the Korean version, so the Japanese version sounds a little weird to me right now. Still, I wish them success in the Japanese market~!

FT Island - "Love Love Love" MV

I was quite freaked out by the human puppet dolls and the constant fire, but it's really quite interesting.

I suppose this video comes with a bit of a plot, so I'm guessing that the two human puppet dolls are like in some sort of forbidden love, and the only way to be together would be to die, hence the fire because it'll burnt them. And the burning wooden dolls represent the human people so it's all linked together. In that way. And at the end we see the two of them embracing each other so it's like they got to be together - after death, I'm supposing.

That said, Hongki's hair looks nice on him (even if I prefer short hair on boys). Seunghyun's rapping is sound - his voice has got the right tone hahaha but I hardly see Minhwan (hair blocking face), either quick shots of Jaejin (not enough to stare) and hardly anything for Jonghoon!!! What is this! The only time Jonghoon gets a closeup, it's a blur shot (aka bokeh, I think) and that's just not enough! I can't even see his hair properly haha but I think it's similar to Hongki.

LOL THIS IS QUITE FUNNY.

It's some challenge I think (sorry I like these girls but no time to watch their show!! Watched a bit of them on other shows though - some of them are really hilarious!) between the maknaes and the unnies, and the unnies do Magic Girl (cutesy) while the maknaes do Diva (diva-ish) haha.

It's really quite funny because you see them on scary rides ie rollercoasters and the killer drop thingy where you fall from a great height as well as the pirate ship thing and they STILL HAVE TO ACT OUT THEIR PARTS FOR THE "MV" HAHAHAHAHA

You can also see them dancing/moving while screaming away on the ride hahahahahahaha they even got the people who were also at the amusement park to take part in this by dancing along!! Funny~!

Big Bang - "Beautiful Hangover" MV

Wow. Just wow.

Big Bang, their videos are so on point this year!! They're going towards the art focussed direction to break into the Japan market, compared to Gara Gara Go which was more of dance and choreography.

This is just, really beautiful, the video. The boys look great - especially GD hahaha that jawline :O - and I loved the little subtle messages like "VIP You got my heart" and all the little stuff like that. While I thought the pulsating circles were random and a little out of place, they actually put you in the mood of the song because they pulsate in time to the beat of the song - so visually you're also listening to the song?

I don't even know where to being, really. This music video just draws you in. I'm going to have so much to catch up (and videos to download) when my exams are over for good. This stuff is SO GOOD.

P/S: I wonder who directs the videos? Or do they do them themselves? It's really really, good. Or at least, in a style that I appreciate. :)

I actually heard the song/watched the boys first from one of their performances and didn't really like it, I think it's partly due to the crappy sound quality.

After watching this, I've decided that the song is actually quite good. HAHA! The boys have hairstyles that remind me of Japanese boys, actually haha First heard of them when they collaborated with T-ara and the rapping was really powerful!! It's a change for me to hear them singing (ok so the rappers are not singing, but singing coming from this group as a whole) and it gives off a really different vibe. :)

However, it was quite weird reading the subs and going "Ah, what heart-breaking lyrics~" and there they are, smiling away in front of us on screen. Haha.

Hope they rise to stardom soon!! They've been around for quite a bit (mostly in Japan) but home (Korea) is still the place to be!! Supernova hwaitinggggg~

This is seriously...

I couldn't finish watching this because I think they're too young to be debuting!! I already feel ~whuttttttt~ when I see idols around my age being so successful and stuff. I feel somewhat inferior and compare myself to them (which is ridiculous because there's an obvious reason why i'm not like one of them right. HAHA) It feels weird to be idolizing girls/people who are so young, anyway. :\

It's an okay song, and they're all the rage right now cos of Janey (who, imo, is really cute but still, too young haha) who's the youngest in the group - she's still in elementary school for goodness sake!! Also, I found it unsettling watching the MV cos Janey is so small and she keeps standing in the background where the rest of the other girls block her, COMPLETELY. I only see the occasional tell-tale sign of her leg sticking out in the background. Haha

I'm not hating on a group that hasn't exactly debuted, just my $0.02 worth :) I just worry for them, because a lot of people (like me) are somewhat put off by their young age, and I can't even begin to imagine the amount of pressure and stress they're going to feel in the future - and at such a young age!

I know Boa's huge and everything, but i've never really listened to her songs because when I got into kpop she wasn't actively promoting stuff yet.

That said, even though this song sounds really...normal and not exactly bombastic (or something you'd expect from BoA who is like the queen or something haha) - i love it!

I especially love the outfits and makeup in this MV, I absolutely adore the white outfit she wore - WHY WEREN'T THERE MORE SCENES WITH THAT OUTFIT HUH? Editor. >:( I loved the makeup she was wearing with the white outfit, so ethereal!!

I watched the teaser and didn't really expect the whole song to be so electronic hahaha. Oh well, Electronic Supersonic Bionic Energy~ (what's with sment songwriters - all the -ic words?? loverholic robotronic too ahaha) Even so, this song is really quite addictive - been in my head for the past few hours.

I'm going to give her album a listen now! :)

This is as close as we can get to seeing OT5 perform until Minho's calf gets better :) The song is different, and they did a lot of editing like choreo and song.

This is kinda like a raw version of the song/dance/performance in general hahaha.

I'm glad they added in Taemin's weird stepping thing during the da-da-da part in the first verse, you know? Or maybe he just wasn't dancing it in this video haha but it's one of my favourite Lucifer choreo...

Also, Taemin's top is making me bipolar, seriously i'm seeing LINES everywhere because of his top hahaha! LOL at Key's hair i think he made it stand so it wouldn't stick to his forehead. HAHAHAHAHA. It was cute seeing them steal smiles in between haha!!

I REALLY REALLY LOVE THIS SONG.

There are so many parts of the choreography that i really like, so many parts of the mv that i just can't sdfoksjdlf. Stay eloquent.

I simply cannot wait for SHINee's comeback stage tomorrow, really. They're so stable at singing and this song + choreography is just going to blow everyone away! Like HELLO EVERYBODY, SING A SONG PROPERLY ALL THE WAY IF SHINEE CAN DO IT WITH VIGOROUS DANCING AND FAST BEAT.

I don't exactly like the hair, ok well concept wise I'm really boring and conservative so I can't comment much just that I do not like Taemin with long hair because he is a pretty boy and so I would really like maknae to be a little more masculine/manly. BUT THAT SAID. Jonghyun and Onew are sporting muscles IS THAT WHAT I SEE *______*

Also, i read somewhere that Jong watched New Moon (you know the Twilight saga thing) and he wanted to be like Taylor Lautner!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. It's ok jong just be yourself with power vocals. Don't worry too much about looking like Taylor Lautner (I personally think Taylor Lautner worked out too much too early, he has a weird neck right now)

KEY'S HAIR ;˜; He's rocking that mohawk-ish/bald-ish style but I still liked his post-Ring Ding Dong hairstyle a lot!! (The way he wore his hair frequently on Raising Idol, I loved it!!)

Also, i know a lot of people are raving over Taemin's hair but it's not really working for me? I don't like Taemin to have long hair because, even though he's a pretty boy, he looks good with short hair too! Maybe even better than in long hair HAHA. Minho's got really really short bangs across his forehead (I hope his calf is fine please please please˜)

Jonghyun and Onew idek what to say. haha. Speechless - and in a good way. I love how Jonghyun has normal hair - although I enjoyed staring at the awesome blonde fringe in RDD - and Dear God, please let Jong wear that bare back top for performances! MORE THAN ONE PERFORMANCE PLEASE. Onew is so...mature. I honestly thought he'd look like crap after seeing that disappointing teaser photo that had the entire fandom lulzing (and me crying at a corner at perfect Onew being laughed at haha), but he looks pretty good here, i'm impressed! I can see resemblance of a middle parting, but without the headband it's not that lulzy and Onew looks good here, period.

That said, the teaser has got me curious about their title track, "Lucifer". Like, why name is "Lucifer"??????? But the beat and dance (plus those awesome matrix like moves in the teaser movie) has gotten me psyched for their comeback!

Gina Choi, new solo female artiste from Cube Entertainment! :D

Cube family is growing fast and huge. I think they need another male rapper soon cos Junhyung is so busy appearing on all the female stages as the featured rapper!! HAHAHA!

I never knew Gina (stage name G.na) had such a beautiful voice!! I'm so amazed. I just watched her M!Countdown debut and she was great. Also, you seldom see solo artistes these days - especially female ones. I hope she becomes a great hit!! (daebak˜˜˜)

Doojoon and Junhyung are featured in this video AND THEY LOOK SO GOOD!! Seriously. Doojoon made me want him as a boyfriend (i was imagining myself in Gina's place - proof that I'm dreaming) and I like Kikwang a whole lot more than Doojoon (just, Kikwang's like my ideal type with the eyes and personality HAHA)! Junhyung obviously needed my help wearing his jacket properly. HAHA. The rap was a little out of the blue (the beat sped up during the rap, too) but it flowed nicely during the performance :)

Can't wait for Gina's next stage tonight, on Music Bank!! Video should float around on Youtube anytime soon...

Tbh, this song has not grown onto me yet.

It's my first proper listen though, so maybe it'll start growing on me like most of Taeyang's music usually do. (i had Wedding Dress on replay for the longest time HAHA)

The plot is pretty simple, the girl Taeyang needs is - surprise surprise hehe - Sandara Park! Special mention for her, she looks so pretty here!! Of course Taeyang would need her hahaha. Taeyang's eye smile is awesome here too, he looked super cute at the beginning when he smiled.

i think Jonghyun and Key got radical changes cos I can hardly see their hair at all (they wore scarves, and caps!! seriously) but Key's sideburns are making me worry, actually. They look a little like... the RDD vogue-ish hairstyle haha

That said, Taemin's hair looks long!! Minho looks like he had a proper haircut (finally, no long curly ends hehe) and Onew's hair.. looks relatively the same? Poor bb slipped and his hat dropped. HAHA. Ooh btw Minho's hair is totally black! Yesah back to black :D

My first time hearing the song as I watched the MV. It was really sweet, very much Goo Hye Sun's style.

I'm in awe of this girl, really. She makes such a good role model. Acting, singing, composing, writing, drawing... Is there a limit to her talents? PLUS SHE'S PRETTY. That, and her sweet image doesn't exactly fit in with the YG Entertainment image (cos of Big Bang and 2NE1 - damnfierce haha).

I think this MV was shot in Japan? I'm not sure, but it looks like Japan :) Basically showing her going about her daily routines, in a very relaxed manner and I'm feeling jealous of her right now. I want to go on a holiday/relax like that too :( but nooo, studies first. And it's not going well cos I keep drifting off to dreaming about my "dream vacation" haha

Okay so the fanclub's name is out! The fan CLUB will be called Jay Effect, but the people in the fanclub (meaning, the fans) would be called Jaywalkers. And, the colours of the fanclub would be black and yellow, bumblebee colours.

Jay is seriously worried about disappointing fans haha he keeps apologizing and explaining why he decided/chose this, it's quite cute because it shows how much he really appreciates the fans. Ooooohhhhhhhh hehehehe I've been reading about these guys but have never really heard their stuff. It should be awesome since Epik High helped them out! I think Epik High produced the mini-album/the group, yes? They've already released their mini-album, if I'm not wrong? So you can hear the songs online and stuff, but I haven't got the time to give it a proper listen.

Okay, I haven't got their names down yet. I was looking at their profiles online, earlier but I can't seem to match the face to name hahaha they all look different from photos! Otherwise, I think it's a catchy song. And I LOVE all the kinds of transport they take here. My favourite would be the one at 1:17, seems like this scooter thingy is all the rage in Korea? Cos I've spotted them in several dramas that are aired in 2010 hahaha! I wanna try one so baaaaaaad. My next favourite would be the scooter+passenger thing, at 2:37 hehe

However, I don't exactly understand the concept of the MV. Where are they all going? Who are they asking to come back?? The dog at the end???? Uh. *confused*

KPop is coming to Singapore!

Sorry everyone, most of this is pretty old now. ;~;
I haven't been up to date about stuff (busy studying for mid year exams that are coming up in 3 weeks!!) and so...we here at Jumpingnutz have also, regrettably, missed out on golden opportunities.

This June holidays is still a hot one for Singapore, not just weather-wise! After Super Junior's whirlwind day trip to Singapore on Sunday, 6th June, Wonder Girls will make their 2nd descend this year in Singapore!!

Wonder Girls will be here on the 18th June for a music showcase in conjunction with Sony Ericsson x10 mini phone. Click here for more info.

U-Kiss will be following closely after the Wonder Girls. They will be having their meet&greet session and showcase on the 20th and 21st of June, respectively. As of now, I think both their packages for the 2 events have sold out already. ;~;

BEAST will be hot on U-Kiss's heels! They'll be in Singapore from the 23rd to 25th of June. Awkward timings, cos of the weekdays. BEAST will hold a autograph session and showcase on the 24th and 25th of June respectively. They'll also be having a press conference on the morning of the 24th of June. Albums that include the tickets (for either the autograph session or showcase, NOT both) went on sale on the 5th of June at CD-Rama and HMV outlets island-wide, but pre-orders were made before that. As of now, according to Universal Music Group's Facebook page, all tickets have been sold out at CD-Rama and HMV outlets.

I doubt any of you all out there (if we even have any readers left ;~;) followed this blog to get information about the stuff like that. But if you did, I apologize. Last week, we were all trying in vain to get tickets for Super Junior's showcase that we didn't realize that BEAST tickets were going on sale already. Plus, I thought it'd be like SHINee's fan-sign. But nooooooooooooo.

:( Anyway, we didn't manage to get any tickets for anything. Not that we should, since we have exams coming right up. What an exciting 2010 for K-pop fans in Singapore!!

Super Junior - Bonamana
Awesome performance, I think they did the whole song!! :D I love how coordinated the fans are btw, they formed the words "SJ" and them waving the lights. I wonder how it feels to see it all from the stage, in their perspective haha. Kyuhyun's mic was spoilt I think? Could hardly hear him in the first verse. And he didn't do the sliding thing haha! He just walked to his position on stage hehehe

Lee Hyori - Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
I love her outfit here hahaha and you can see her abs :O I don't know who the rapper is actually, but he comes in for the song and this the rap halfway through the song. But that means there's no dance break. :( I haven't seen the dance break in a while haha. Hyori look great though :)

SNSD - Run Devil Run + Oh!
Ooh cool dance break led by Hyoyeon :) Feels weird watching them do Oh! in fierce outfits hahaha. Not to mention the heavy, fierce looking eye makeup.

Wonder Girls - 2 Different Tears
I kinda like the denim outfits here even though Yeeun doesn't look all that flattering. :( And although Hyelim isn't really warming up to me yet, I think the girl is trying hard and it makes me happy to see her trying to input in some facial expressions into her part, but she still looks kinda stiff. Can't blame her, that's a lot of people watching, staring at you while you sing and dance. :) But the cameramen seem to be bored with her, she hardly has any close-ups during her parts :(

2PM - Without U and Don't Stop Can't Stop
Watching this pained me because you can see the exhaustion and pain on their faces from the response they were receiving - or rather, hearing - from the audience. I think they did an awesome job. And they really showed the audience who they were in Don't Stop Can't Stop. Taec did an awesome beastly shout of "2~ P~ M~!" during the chorus part :) Junho's singing was especially stylish during Without U. And Junsu is still missing. I hope he's alright, because he used to be able to shuffle around on stage but now he's not even there. :\

KARA - Lupin and We're With You
Okay imo the outfits look weird. :( But the girls look great. Although I think the original Lupin outfits were the best. I think these are outfits for We're With You? Haha. I dunno. But the shiny multi-coloured tops and bottoms kinda made them look like sea creatures? I thought Nicole looked really scaly cos of the shiny, colourful tights. Loads of dance breaks here. Haha. I liked how they entered/started the performance for Lupin :)

After School - Bang! and DIVA
Referee-like outfits! Hahaha idk that was my first thought when I saw them haha.

4minute feat. BEAST - Who's Next + Huh
I LOVED THIS. Hahahaha. I thought there were too many people on the stage during Who's Next though. All the boys from BEAST looked great! Doojoon in the suit is the best. Kikwang didn't get a lot of air time but I SPIED HIM DANCING WITH HYUNA and my heart kinda broke hahaha! Keeding. 4minute did a great job with Huh though! Hyuna sounded slightly breathless during her rap, but maknae was awesome! They should have given her this role from the start instead of getting her to act cute haha

T-ara - We Are The One

SHINee - Ring Ding Dong
I've missed them!! Watching this I felt a tug on my heartstrings HAHAHA. I love how Jonghyun showed some skin/shoulder over there :Db Fan-service ftw and lucky thing the cameraman caught that!! Key's hair DNW for me :( Taemin still looks skinny and I think Minho should cut his hair!!!!! I don't really like the wispy stuff near his neck. Onew was just, precious. That said, I liked how they entered. Even though the cameraman sucked by not zooming in on their dance. Seriously. But they entered in a really cool way I mean, HOW HIGH THEY DID JUMP UP MAN.

BEAST - Special
Nice entranceeeeee!! Did you all see Hyunseung lose his balance? SUPER CUTE HAHA. Red suits hahaha Yoseob looks extremely cute with the tiny bow tie (that reminds me of Hello Kitty, don't ask haha). Dongwoon's hair reminded me of a chicken :( I like his fringe but not when it gets too emo! The rest of them were awesome. Kikwang showed his shoulders! Haha. I love them. I wanna watch them perform live, so badly.

C.N.Blue - I'm A Loner + Love
I got quite pissed with the cameraman, he kept showing Minhyuk's back view what is this!!!!! Also, I was going to give this performance I skip cos it's always only Yonghwa singing and though I love him, it gets a little boring after a while. THEN, I SAW THAT THEY WERE PLUGGED IN. FREAKING LIVE PERFORMANCE MAN HAHAHAHA :D I'm so glad they did an awesome job!! Nice of Leader to shout Jonghyun's name during his part in the bridge :)

MBLAQ - Y
Hi Joon great fan service over there hahahaha I thought he ripped his blazer thingy to show his abs cos there's this button that secures the blazer together, but he must have unbuttoned it when he turned around :)

I'm going crazy, I can't tell who is who and then they all come out in almost matching outfits + shades -___- TOO MUCH FOR ME TO HANDLE. Also, I was reading the comments about who and who stripped. Wait, who??? :( I know maknae pulled his shirt apart so I suppose the button popped and we could all see his body haha! That said, leader's voice is freaking high I can't believe it!! Okay. I'm such a sucker for plots like that. Predictable but you feel happy and wish you were them because they look like they're having so much fun.

Anyway this is a theme park CF of some sorts, and OH MY GOD i wanna be a lifeguard/trainee there cos are all the trainees that hot?? HAHAHA. If only. I think Taecyeon and Yoona are quite cute together, but on Family Outing they give a totally different feel haha. I'm not one of those crazy jealous fangirls over this couple :)

That aside, the other couples are kinda cute too!! Chansung/Seohyun and Nichkhun/Yuri. Nichkhun's hair looks SO MUCH BETTER HERE than the emo slick in 2PM's Without U performances, seriously.

I smiled when I saw Taecyeon/Yoona doing the punishment together hahaha it was super funny and cute at the same time.

I feel like going to the theme park. It really gives you the feeling that summer has arrived. Even if it's summer all year round here. Hahahaha

I was watching this and I think they've come really far from their shaky debut :')

This MV has a fierce concept, very much like Hyori's Chitty Chitty Bang Bang strong kinda concept and I kinda like it. Maknae looks great with the short hair! Like she's matured a whole lot, Gayoon is fierce and Jihyun looks really pretty. Jiyoon looks great here I really love her hairstyle hahaha but at the same time I think Hyuna's hair colour is awesome. But it probably works for her only haha

Although there were some awkward shots here like Jihyun in a gold dress and the camera just focussed on her chest, that was seriously awkward to watch, I like the fierce hip hop scenes.

But honestly I think I like "Who's Next" better than this song haha. I hope they promote "Who's Next" some time soon too. The BEAST feature was an awesome plus too hehe

They're a lot more steady and solid these days, compared to Hot Issue stages where they kept getting flak for every little thing. :')

Woahhhhhhh Hollywood actor's acting is good! :Db Joon is so good looking hereeeeeeeeee I used to not have a favourite cos all of them were equally funny and crazy in Idol Army but now I think I can make my choice hehehehe my bias is forming...

There's a mini plot with this MV. But I must complain about those Power Ranger lookalike outfits they were wearing, IT WAS HIGHLY DISTRACTING AND NOT ATTRACTIVE TO THE EYES AT ALL. Seriously. Just let them wear suits or something haha Joon looked so good in one.

This is a song for the IRIS Japanese OST. I think TOP is trying to be Baek San from IRIS (the top guy who turns out to be evil hahaha) here!!!! The frames, the hair... all alike hahaha. Seungri is probably...Sang Woo? I think the guy's character is Sang Woo. I can't really remember since I watched it last year haha.

There's relatively little screen time for G-Dragon but when he's on screen, he's drunk LOL! Taeyang, Daesung and Seungri get quite a lot of screen time cos of their singing parts. TOP gets his own time to shine too but they show his side profile more than his face. Anyway, I didn't know TOP had such a cute nose, always thought his nose was bigger and sharper hahaha!

I bet she practiced a lot but she enunciates pretty well :) The rest of the girls sound great too, and I like the funny cameos from Bobby Lee (MADTV, my brother was watching it the other day and was laughing like crazy) and JYP the man himself.

Upon the first listen, the song doesn't sound as catchy as Nobody or Tell Me, but it's a different sound coming from WG and it sounds good on them! Even if the song doesn't catch on at first, the easy "two" dance will definitely catch on. Instead of wagging their fingers (in Nobody), they're now doing the "V" sign to represent two.

Seems like it's a JYP thing to do simple hand signs?? "V" represents two, and 2PM's Without U has the "Ok" dance! Hahahaha

I'm liking 2 Different Tears and the fun MV. There's a smal storyline to go with it, it's pretty easy to follow. You can also download 2 Different Tears on Tap Tap Revenge 3!! I just downloaded it for free (the 2 pack song bundle requires credits/money if I'm not mistaken) and tried playing it. It's quite fun, comes in Medium and Extreme levels (I tried Medium cos I didn't wanna die hahaha it was fun, fast-paced but fun.)

I'm only linking Inkigayo stages cos I personally think they're the best in terms of sound system and camera angles. They usually catch everything - the point of the dance - and stuff like that so it's really nice overseas fans to watch because we can only SEE them via the camera crew so crew has to do a good job!!

'Nuff said, I LOVE BOOM BOOM. I don't know why it's called Boom Boom actually, cos the actual title (in Korean) means Bad Girl. Hehehe. My Korean is improving HAHA. But I love love love the point of the dance which is the leg stuff during the "boom b-boom boom b-boom boom" part. It's really really sexy, the choreography. And Eunhyuk's little solo where he flashes his abs is so precious!!!! He's been getting relatively little screen time cos of the absence of rapping in their songs (same goes for Shindong).

Bonamana has still been in my head ever since I first heard it. I really love Kyuhyun's voice here, it's rich and sounds great even with autotune. I love the part where he goes "How to keep loving you?~" And his little uh, duet? with Yesung where they go "Listen girl, joha hae, Baby girl, sarang hae~" Apart from my amazement with the vocals, I like how Donghae has been doing ~magic~ on stage with the rose!!! It's just like in the MV :Db Bb, you're so awesome even though I'm pretty sure it's a hidden rose hehe

In this particular performance!!!!!! I'm so excited to watch all the perfect angles. The cameraman caught Kyuhyun sliding on the ground!! That was something I've been wanting to see close-up. And at the end, you see Donghae and Siwon REALLY UP CLOSE and Donghae is puffing air cos of the strenous dance hahaha ♥ Donghae looks so serious. I love his serious face :D And also, I think there's something wrong with the mics. I can't be sure, but I'm plugged in and am using earphones, so I'm hearing some disturbances in the background. Hahaha

A lot of people are disappointed that it's similar to Sorry Sorry but you guys, IT'S IN COLOUR HERE. Sorry Sorry was in total black and white. And, I love the hair here, EVERYONE HAS GREAT HAIR. Ryeowook's hair makes him look fierce and somewhat like a bad boy!! I LOVE IT.

Also, I see Teuk has been working out and not ashamed to show off!! ♥ Glad to see leader looking nice with abs even though he looks a bit skinny too. Kyuhyun was just sdlfkgjdsofig I think my favourite line is his where he goes "How to keep loving you?" omg what is wrong with me I seem to have just discovered the awesomeness in his voice, just????

Right, so I quite like the styling here even though I can't see Heechul's eyes behind that mop of a fringe hahaha.

Choreography wise, I thought it was kinda weird? First, some formations were awkward :\ and the point move of the dance wasn't as easy to execute as Sorry Sorry. You have to move your whole body to execute the point!! Part of me feels that Sorry Sorry was a hit cos of the easy dance (hand rubbing action) so this makes me worry but the song is rather solid in it's addictive way :D So that's great.

Another thing to note was that there's a lot of nifty footwork here hahaha seems like a lot of the moves are done with their feet/moving around. Watching the choreography also made me see Kyu in a new light. HELLO, NEW FRONT DANCER. But it reminded me of the people we're missing here. :( Kibum, Kang-in, Hankyung. Hankyung's always up front so it was rather awkward seeing Siwon instead.

Oh, I can't wait to see a live performance, though. I can't see everyone properly here. Is it me or are the camera angles kinda weird. I think not everyone was in the frame all the time, yes? AND I JUST REALIZED THIS, HAHAHA @ 3:31?? Someone (I'm guessing it's Sungmin) slid across the floor?? HAHAHAHA ohhhhhhh i really can't wait to see this live. :D ♥

I enjoyed watching this. I love predebut stuff (even though I don't get what they're saying) but especially stuff like this where you can see them play around and stuff. Shows how much of a SM fambam they really are :')

Watching this kinda made me sad. Kibum looked so cuteeeeeeee back then omg I would have fallen for him (and Yunho) beautified or not haha! Yunho's hair was like it went through an explosion btw. I thought it was quite funny. Changmin seemed so shy and stuff!! Aahhhhh I had a lot of fun watching this.

Also, Yoona seems like a fun person to be with. I used to think she was overrated and everything, but now that news about her has toned down, she seems to come across as someone you can identify with? HAHA. I'd like to be friends with her hahaha

I couldn't recognize a few people in the videos though. But I don't think they're in SNSD/Super Junior/DBSK groups y/y?

2PM seems to be getting darker and more and more emo. I kinda miss 10 Points Out Of 10 days where there were LOADS of b-boy moves and acrobatics, plus they always changed the dance a little in every performance (it was one of the songs that i LONGED to see it being performed live extremely badly hahaha. I'd watched all their performances on Youtube, all the different styles). Sometimes I wish they'd do something not so dark, but, oh well.

I LOVE THIS SONG.

I never knew the lyrics were this heart-breaking till I saw this!! The MV is rather simple, with a lot of graphics and mostly solo shots of the boys in different backgrounds, heart-broken.

I guess they might be promoting this song soon? After SHOCK? Also, with regards to memorizing their voices...I can't differentiate between Hyunseung and Gikwang. They sound alike cos they're both raspy. Hyunseung used to sound a lot more...auto-tune ish (just the way his voice is~) but now it's almost alike!! This MV helped a lot to differentiate their voices hehehe :Db At least I know who sing what/where and am able to slowly memorize the differences now~

Just watched this, though! Admittedly, there are loads of Lady Gaga influences here, but I think Hyori's style still managed to shine through? It's different from U-Go-Girl days, Hyori's makeup is SO THICK here. I miss her natural look on F.O haha.

Other than that, this was rather daring for an MV, with many different sets and clothes. Can't imagine the long hours of filming that went into this!! I rather liked this, and I can't wait to see her perform this, the choreography is quite fierce!

I've tried watching this many times but I can't get past the halfway mark of the video. I love Hyori's voice here, and the genre of the song. It's very different from the energetic songs she usually does so I was surprised by the release of this music video. Plus, it's got very mysterious qualities to it.

The reason why I couldn't watch this mainly has to do with the clown. It's so freaky!!!!! I'm not usually afraid of clowns, but I think in this case, the mellow atmosphere and the clown's ridiculous smiley face was just too much. Hyori's make-up was artistic but scary at the same time. :S

But this MV also shows how much of a veteran (and a well-respected one too) she is in the industry, because she dares to try different styles. Oh yes, and I'm looking forward to the Hip-Hop track where she collaborated with Jiyoon (from 4Minute) and Kahi (After School)!! Can't wait for that one. ♥

I haven't done a music show recap in forever~

Music Core and Inkigayo were cancelled this week, I believe it is due to the sinking ship tragedy in Korea. Let's pray for the families and for those still missing at sea.

Nevertheless, I decided to recap Music Bank! Hehe. Right now I have a buffer time of 3 days before school starts full swing again. First round of exams ended on Thursday for me. :)

BEAST - Shock
I've been monitoring and watching most of their performances because I'm so addicted to the rap by Junhyung, especially the first verse!!! Plus the choreography that goes with the rap. Hahahaha. I love this song, period. BEAST won their first number 1 yesterday on M!Countdown btw :D :D :D :D x10000000000000000000 I hope they win Mutizen soon hehehehe and Kikwang's new hair is flyyyyyyyyyyy~ I love it. Dongwoon's so intense, his gaze. And the way he walks down during the 2nd verse is kinda awkward but I can't help notice how he's so ~*model-like*~. I think about it in every single performance.

Amerie + 4Minute - Heard 'Em All
4Minute shone!!!! I was especially surprised by Sohyun, she was so confident during her part!! I feel so proud hahahaha they were really good. Amerie was good too, but I felt that she was sitting back during this performance :) Oh, and the 4Minute girls surprised me with the high pitched parts. :D It was good. I also like what Hyuna was wearing, I don't know why but I just liked it hahaha (it's not even what I'd wear normally, but I liked it?? :\)

2AM - I Did Wrong
OH AND I'M IN LOVE WITH THIS SONG TOO. I love the abstract feel from the choreography hahahaha and the tightness too, when they "flop" and "rise" stuff. Also, Jokwon's hair is the cool DJ hair that I like!! DNW Changmin's hair though he kept up with the fanservice hahahah Jinwoon looks so cool and although I don't like Seulong's wet hair look...his eyes were intense. HAHA.

After School (Comeback) - Let's Do It
This is basically just a drumming performance. HAHAHA but it's still cool. I was fascinated by drumming cos of the movie Drumline and they've really practiced hard!! They've even got some drumming tricks up their sleeves. I just read somewhere that apparently, Gahee was the one who came up with the concept. Or rather, she wanted to do something like that but didn't know what song this concept would fit into, until she heard Bang! :)

After School - Bang!
Gahee is so amazing. Her voice doesn't match her outward appearance (she looks kinda fierce to me) but her voice is so beautiful! I think I love the bridge part the best. :) I thought they did great in their comeback performance!! :Db I like the outfits, the blue matches. It's nice hahaha

T-ara - I Go Crazy Because Of You
DO NOT LIKE THEIR OUTFITS :( Tbh this is the first time I'm watching them perform this ever since their song came out. x________x I'm that out of the loop. Hahaha anyway they are neon here so they kinda glow in the dark but honestly I thought Kara's Mister in neon looked nicer? This was quite scary. T-ara girls were vocally sound though!! All of them :) And I see them using props!! Hahahaha I like it when groups use props, it's kinda like they put in a lot of effort to make a HUGE wonderful performance for us to watch :D hehe

SNSD - Run Devil Run
So far these are my favourite outfits from them hehe and the purple is so nice!! Anyway, when this song came out I was surprised that Seohyun had a "power part" where she sings the high notes?? Yes!!!!! I had no idea her voice was that solid because she usually sings smaller parts. But it's good :) And, I also like the part where the "run, run, run" is really high pitch. I think it's about 2:50 around there, Taeyeon's voice *________* she doesn't get a close-up but you can see her singing her heart out during that part hahah

Supreme Team - Step Up
I've never really listened to them properly but Simon D caught my attention heheheh ok well the both of them did because there was this photo of them wearing the "Ss" and "Ee" shirts by AA?? The Helvetica ones, anyway I was stalking the shirt and I saw them wearing it and decided to...listen to them hehehe Anyway Supreme Team (apparently) are friends with BEAST so around the last 20 seconds of the performance you see Simon D (!!!!!!!) dancing to Shock I think hahahahahahahaha Performance was solid btw. The rap is irregular (well, to an amateur like me, it sounds like the beat is irregular) so that makes it all the more harder to perform live but they killed it. :Db

KARA - Lupin
I can see now why they're sweeping the charts. This is just about the second time I'm hearing this song, and the first time I'm watching them performing. It's kinda addictive?? I like the little English part at the beginning, and the "catch catch hallo hallo" i found the "catch catch" part quite cool. But why is Hara only singing the same 2/3 words?? It's quite funny haha. But watching this, it's very obvious that Kara has improved vocally by a tremendous amount (compared to Pretty Girl days) and they're now whole performers!! Yay!! :D Watch them win their 3rd consecutive win on Music Bank here!! Nicole's face was a picture when she saw the score haha

I don't know when my next music show post will be, because tomorrow will be back to school in full swing... I'll try to keep up with the updates! Promise! :)

I liked how the 4 of them gave her the flower/plant/weed thing like they did when they were children :') And it was funny how she shocked them when they came to see her in the hospital, and then them sneaking out was funny too!!!

I think the gist of it is that she was sick, and that the 2AM boys were all kinda wayward and stuff, so she changed them. Because of her sickness/and just her being her, they realized what they were doing and changed for the better :)

Awwww I loved this!!!! I had second thoughts about the song and the kind of image they'd portray/show but this was quite funny!! We all know how 2NE1 is kinda funny from 2NE1TV, they're quite full of nonsense. I wouldn't want CL to start following G-Dragon's style (I love G-D but the stuff he does/and wears in MVs make me scared haha), but she was pretty okay here!! I quite liked the crystals stuff on one side of her face hahah. I think I love them best when they're in clothes like @ 2:57, but they still look great on the whole! :)

I think I luv Seunghyun hahahaha he seems to be a really fun idiot to be around with. I don't mind spending a day with him doing stupid stuff like that hahaha!! WOW. I'm late with this, I know, but seriously WOW. I liked the beginning and the end with the school concept and everyone wearing 3D (looks like them haha) glasses and suddenly the music starts and the girls get up. The guys were quite cool when they all turned their heads in uniformed manner :Db

This is a really fierce MV and I'm glad that T-ara can pull off a fierce MV!! :D This was also my first time hearing the song and certain beats in the background reminded me of Britney Spears, ngl :S But the choreography + T-ara makes up for it!

They've had their comeback stages already, right? Damn, I missed them this week. Hopefully I'll be able to do a music show post this weekend :D

I watched the whole show on Monday haha but I didn't have the time to cover it, and I still don't have the time :( Sorry, guys!

But, some highlights for me was After School. The use of props was really good! BEAST was great too, but them in hoods... I couldn't tell who was who, except for well, Kikwang and there's this part where all the members walk towards the audience and Juri starts trying to grab Kikwang and he quickly backs off HAHAHAHA that was kinda epic.

T-ara (they were up against BEAST btw, After School was up against SNSD) did well too, but in a dance battle, it's the dance that counts not the singing and paying tribute to your seniors stuff hahaha. SHINee ALWAYS sings and even though I'm biased and want them to win, they can't. Because up against the other groups, the other groups have way more solid dances and stuff hahah. Eunjung came out as TOP though, during the performance. THAT WAS REALLY FUNNY, because she almost resembled TOP! Until she took off the shades. Hahaha

Super Junior's one was the best for me though. They just hit it all the time!! Comic elements and technique in the way they dance, facial expressions... the togetherness and aesthetic beauty of the performance itself. Super Junior ♥ You'll always be my #1!!!!! (I fell into Kpop all because of Super Junior btw hahahaha) They won in the end! I'm really really glad they did hehehe

I'm really impressed with Kyuhyun. He comes off as the type who sings ballads and sings and sings, but he held himself together really well and could keep up with the rest of them in such a vigorous dance! I'd be fumbling all over the place. Kyu must have practiced really really hard :')

You can watch most (if not all) of the show at UnknownCarrot's Youtube channel, it includes the freestyle section (HAHA the boys were all jumping around all over the place hahaha) and other stuff, like the MCs announcing the winners of each round :)

Aaaaaahhhhhh so sorry for the late post (I've been busy stalking. HAHAHA not really, I just staked out at the airport twice, in a frenzy, and spent the rest of the weekend catching up on work haha, and then regretting not going for the SHINee fan sign :()

I've watched this and well, I think the choreography makes the song look better. It's not as classy as Genie (I loved that!!) but it's still cute haha.

I lol-ed forever at Jessica's blur face when she went the wrong direction during the pom pom part hahahaha! I also like the part where Jessica was standing in the middle with the rest of the girls around her and they slowly moved forward! It looked really nice.

Apart from the fact that this was very cutesy in singing at some parts (well, watching it halfway I felt like it reminded me of their Gee!!) I like the way the song looks and sounds when it's put together hahaha

I haven't watched any live performances yet T_T I promise to cover Music Core this weekend!! I have a some time to do so anyway :D

FT Island airport arrival - was a failure.

Apparently, miscommunication caused the security to not put up barriers ahead of time, where the members would supposedly exit from. There were too many fans over at the exit at Belt 32 (where they were supposed to exit from) so security decided to change their plans.

Hence, the boys exited from the other end of the terminal, over at Belt 36, where there were only 10-20 (lucky!) fans and managed to leave the airport safely.
