Sorry everyone, most of this is pretty old now. ;~; I haven't been up to date about stuff (busy studying for mid year exams that are coming up in 3 weeks!!) and so...we here at Jumpingnutz have also, regrettably, missed out on golden opportunities.
This June holidays is still a hot one for Singapore, not just weather-wise! After Super Junior's whirlwind day trip to Singapore on Sunday, 6th June, Wonder Girls will make their 2nd descend this year in Singapore!!
Wonder Girls will be here on the 18th June for a music showcase in conjunction with Sony Ericsson x10 mini phone. Click here for more info.
U-Kiss will be following closely after the Wonder Girls. They will be having their meet&greet session and showcase on the 20th and 21st of June, respectively. As of now, I think both their packages for the 2 events have sold out already. ;~;
BEAST will be hot on U-Kiss's heels! They'll be in Singapore from the 23rd to 25th of June. Awkward timings, cos of the weekdays. BEAST will hold a autograph session and showcase on the 24th and 25th of June respectively. They'll also be having a press conference on the morning of the 24th of June. Albums that include the tickets (for either the autograph session or showcase, NOT both) went on sale on the 5th of June at CD-Rama and HMV outlets island-wide, but pre-orders were made before that. As of now, according to Universal Music Group's Facebook page, all tickets have been sold out at CD-Rama and HMV outlets.
I doubt any of you all out there (if we even have any readers left ;~;) followed this blog to get information about the stuff like that. But if you did, I apologize. Last week, we were all trying in vain to get tickets for Super Junior's showcase that we didn't realize that BEAST tickets were going on sale already. Plus, I thought it'd be like SHINee's fan-sign. But nooooooooooooo.
:( Anyway, we didn't manage to get any tickets for anything. Not that we should, since we have exams coming right up. What an exciting 2010 for K-pop fans in Singapore!!

I haven't updated in forever. ;~; I haven't got the time to watch Dream Concert performances that were aired today. I promise I'll watch them tomorrow, EVERYTHING, after my paper!! And I'll do the recap haha.

Super Junior - Bonamana Awesome performance, I think they did the whole song!! :D I love how coordinated the fans are btw, they formed the words "SJ" and them waving the lights. I wonder how it feels to see it all from the stage, in their perspective haha. Kyuhyun's mic was spoilt I think? Could hardly hear him in the first verse. And he didn't do the sliding thing haha! He just walked to his position on stage hehehe
Lee Hyori - Chitty Chitty Bang Bang I love her outfit here hahaha and you can see her abs :O I don't know who the rapper is actually, but he comes in for the song and this the rap halfway through the song. But that means there's no dance break. :( I haven't seen the dance break in a while haha. Hyori look great though :)
SNSD - Run Devil Run + Oh! Ooh cool dance break led by Hyoyeon :) Feels weird watching them do Oh! in fierce outfits hahaha. Not to mention the heavy, fierce looking eye makeup.
Wonder Girls - 2 Different Tears I kinda like the denim outfits here even though Yeeun doesn't look all that flattering. :( And although Hyelim isn't really warming up to me yet, I think the girl is trying hard and it makes me happy to see her trying to input in some facial expressions into her part, but she still looks kinda stiff. Can't blame her, that's a lot of people watching, staring at you while you sing and dance. :) But the cameramen seem to be bored with her, she hardly has any close-ups during her parts :(
2PM - Without U and Don't Stop Can't Stop Watching this pained me because you can see the exhaustion and pain on their faces from the response they were receiving - or rather, hearing - from the audience. I think they did an awesome job. And they really showed the audience who they were in Don't Stop Can't Stop. Taec did an awesome beastly shout of "2~ P~ M~!" during the chorus part :) Junho's singing was especially stylish during Without U. And Junsu is still missing. I hope he's alright, because he used to be able to shuffle around on stage but now he's not even there. :\
KARA - Lupin and We're With You Okay imo the outfits look weird. :( But the girls look great. Although I think the original Lupin outfits were the best. I think these are outfits for We're With You? Haha. I dunno. But the shiny multi-coloured tops and bottoms kinda made them look like sea creatures? I thought Nicole looked really scaly cos of the shiny, colourful tights. Loads of dance breaks here. Haha. I liked how they entered/started the performance for Lupin :)
After School - Bang! and DIVA Referee-like outfits! Hahaha idk that was my first thought when I saw them haha.
4minute feat. BEAST - Who's Next + Huh I LOVED THIS. Hahahaha. I thought there were too many people on the stage during Who's Next though. All the boys from BEAST looked great! Doojoon in the suit is the best. Kikwang didn't get a lot of air time but I SPIED HIM DANCING WITH HYUNA and my heart kinda broke hahaha! Keeding. 4minute did a great job with Huh though! Hyuna sounded slightly breathless during her rap, but maknae was awesome! They should have given her this role from the start instead of getting her to act cute haha
SHINee - Ring Ding Dong I've missed them!! Watching this I felt a tug on my heartstrings HAHAHA. I love how Jonghyun showed some skin/shoulder over there :Db Fan-service ftw and lucky thing the cameraman caught that!! Key's hair DNW for me :( Taemin still looks skinny and I think Minho should cut his hair!!!!! I don't really like the wispy stuff near his neck. Onew was just, precious. That said, I liked how they entered. Even though the cameraman sucked by not zooming in on their dance. Seriously. But they entered in a really cool way I mean, HOW HIGH THEY DID JUMP UP MAN.
BEAST - Special Nice entranceeeeee!! Did you all see Hyunseung lose his balance? SUPER CUTE HAHA. Red suits hahaha Yoseob looks extremely cute with the tiny bow tie (that reminds me of Hello Kitty, don't ask haha). Dongwoon's hair reminded me of a chicken :( I like his fringe but not when it gets too emo! The rest of them were awesome. Kikwang showed his shoulders! Haha. I love them. I wanna watch them perform live, so badly.
C.N.Blue - I'm A Loner + Love I got quite pissed with the cameraman, he kept showing Minhyuk's back view what is this!!!!! Also, I was going to give this performance I skip cos it's always only Yonghwa singing and though I love him, it gets a little boring after a while. THEN, I SAW THAT THEY WERE PLUGGED IN. FREAKING LIVE PERFORMANCE MAN HAHAHAHA :D I'm so glad they did an awesome job!! Nice of Leader to shout Jonghyun's name during his part in the bridge :)
MBLAQ - Y Hi Joon great fan service over there hahahaha I thought he ripped his blazer thingy to show his abs cos there's this button that secures the blazer together, but he must have unbuttoned it when he turned around :)
f(x) - Nu Abo Luna's voice still gives me the goosebumps haha! I noticed that Krystal was also wearing the heels sneakers shoes that Luna wore (and is still wearing) in their other performances. Seems like Amber is too! Only Victoria and Sulli aren't? Ok well Sulli shouldn't wear at all since she's so tall. HAHA.
ZE:A - Man2Man + All Day Long I'm going crazy, I can't tell who is who and then they all come out in almost matching outfits + shades -___- TOO MUCH FOR ME TO HANDLE. Also, I was reading the comments about who and who stripped. Wait, who??? :( I know maknae pulled his shirt apart so I suppose the button popped and we could all see his body haha! That said, leader's voice is freaking high I can't believe it!! Okay. I'm saying maknae and leader cos I don't know their names :( Leader is the one who looks like Yoochun from DBSK, right? ~*confused*~
U-Kiss - What OMG is it me or does Kevin look a bit like Key during Juliette days hahaha! The eyes. Wow. Kevin looks like he's too skinny. Dongho looks like a cute little kid during his first closeup in the video (i'm too lazy to go back and find the timing haha)
Finally done! :D Spent the afternoon watching this. Time for dinner now~! I posted everything up even if I didn't watch everything. Hahahaha concerts are the best way to get a label/tag on Jumpingnutz lol
I've embedded the English version which I think was pretty good! Yeeun's (can probably never get used to calling her Yenny haha) English is so good! I bet she practiced a lot but she enunciates pretty well :) The rest of the girls sound great too, and I like the funny cameos from Bobby Lee (MADTV, my brother was watching it the other day and was laughing like crazy) and JYP the man himself.
Upon the first listen, the song doesn't sound as catchy as Nobody or Tell Me, but it's a different sound coming from WG and it sounds good on them! Even if the song doesn't catch on at first, the easy "two" dance will definitely catch on. Instead of wagging their fingers (in Nobody), they're now doing the "V" sign to represent two.
Seems like it's a JYP thing to do simple hand signs?? "V" represents two, and 2PM's Without U has the "Ok" dance! Hahahaha
I'm liking 2 Different Tears and the fun MV. There's a smal storyline to go with it, it's pretty easy to follow. You can also download 2 Different Tears on Tap Tap Revenge 3!! I just downloaded it for free (the 2 pack song bundle requires credits/money if I'm not mistaken) and tried playing it. It's quite fun, comes in Medium and Extreme levels (I tried Medium cos I didn't wanna die hahaha it was fun, fast-paced but fun.)

Hahahaha you can watch the full show on AFSCtv2 (After School) channel but it's without subs!! Apparently, the survivor was supposed to be Hara from Kara, who was leading by a lot in some running race? But she fell at the last part, and Boram from T-ara won in the end.
Aww so cute they have this segment where they all do the famous girl group dances, like SNSD's Tell Me Your Wish leg kick (Bea from BEG is so hilarious), BEG's saucy hip dance, and KARA's butt dance.
But Ga-In from BEG, Nicole from KARA and 6 other members from SNSD aren't present. Man, Nicole should have been there!! It's like, all her friends are there! HAHAHA :)
P/S: I tagged Wonder Girls in this post because they appear in a video message! :)

The beginning of the song sounds totally different! And it's hardly counted as the beginning cause when SunMi (or rather, Mimi) starts to sing it cuts off and that's the end of the preview hahaha
Sounds very club-ish which is what it's supposed to be, dance music. I don't really like dance music cause I get a headache lol, but I'll wait to hear the full thing first :)
P/S: This Nobody mania has been going on for a whole frickin year. Sometimes I wish they'd come up with a new song x__________x
I think my favourite music show is Inkigayo because they always get the camera angles just right!! :D But Music Core has great stages/sets though :)

2PM - Special stage Part 1 They performed You, In The Illusion by Seo Tai-Ji & Boys and Kiss by JYP. Jay is back from Seattle?? You can't see Junsu's face in this cause his wearing the mask on his face (instead of his chin) -_______-
2PM - Special stage Part 2 They performed Forever Love by Fin.K.L and Bad Boy by Rain. I bet Lee Hyori's extremely happy about this!! I read somewhere (or was it when I was watching Family Outing lol) that she's fangirling over 2PM now?? So they should start guesting on FO already lol. Anyway, the best part about this is watching Jay do a cutesy dance. :D :D Nichkhun looks like a total angel!!!! And during Bad Boy performance, I LOVED HOW THEY PUT JUNHO ON STAGE FIRST, and he's like solo-ing there for a bit before the rest of them comes out to join him. ♥ Junho is too cute!! And he is, after all, the Rain lookalike ;D
Brown Eyed Girls - Abracadabra They're in shocking pink this time!!! Every time I watch them perform Abracadabra, it strikes me that Ga-In is extremely fair!! Her legs, GLOW. :O Great performance from them once again. :)
F.T. Island - I Hope I've been wondering about their lives, like I know Hongki's singing is live, and the guitars aren't because they're not plugged in but is Minhwan's drumming live, then? He's a total qt here, singing along to the song in the background while drumming away like a fiend :D AND HE GETS LOADS OF CLOSE-UPS HERE :D :D :D But the performance got cut shorter, Seunghyun's rap was cut :(
KARA - Again & Again (special stage) WOAH, whole different feeling from when 2PM performed it, especially the beginning during the popping parts. But I'm not saying they didn't do well, they surpassed my expectations because they usually don't dance to b-boy style kinda stuff :D
KARA - Wanna Hara is unbelievably skinny. :O This was also a good performance from them.
Mighty Mouth Feat. UEE - Love Class Fun performance as usual! :) Uee is so pretty and her eyes are so big *_______* Hahaha. The last time she danced in flats, this time she's in heels :)
KARA (Nicole), BEG (Ga-In), 4Minute (HyunA), 2NE1 (Minji) - Special stage HOMG AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEEE STAGE!!! Everyone's standing in this box thing and they do their dance there. Nicole's doing the butt dance thing (as seen in "Mister" performances). Ga-In's the only one heels cause she's working on being sexy hahahah, HyunA does a fierce performance with a split at the end. But my favourite is Minji!!!!!! No bias here, she's just plain awesome! Her body was flowing with the music very well, but the cap with the long fringe kinda scared me when she turned around hahaha thank goodness she took it off and tossed it haha :)
Wonder Girls message (!!!!!!) So nice to see WG speaking in Korean again!!! :D They talk about the Idol Special Inkigayo is having I think (sorry my Korean fails haha) and then they talk about Taecyeon and Wooyoung being MCs and start shouting out to them!! LOL. When they're say bye, everyone says "Annyeong~" except Sunmi, she says "Bye bye!" Awwww, 4D girl hahaha

BEG WINSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS OMG YESAHHHHHHHHH their first win and Ga-In is so cute when she cries, she can't sing her lines and so the backtrack plays during her parts at the encore :D I'm so happy for them, they deserved it!!! :D :D :D
Okay, that's about it. Kinda empty since there isn't SHINee, or 2NE1. Hahaha. Or Super Junior. And SNSD weren't on today either since they had their goodbye stage last week.
While I thought the performance on this show was a lot more dry than the ones they do in Korea, I think it was still stellar. I probably think it's drier because the audience were quiet hahahahaha unlike when WG perform on music shows in Korea, the fans scream. Like, really loud and this changes the atmosphere. :)
Pretty funny! Jordin Sparks is so funny, she's like really excited about the dance. And she talks really fast - at the end of the video she goes, "I really should just stop talking now." LOL.
I didn't watch the original MV enough so I can't tell if they actually remade the MV or not. Hahaha, except the mouthing seems in sync with the English words - so I'm guessing the remade the WG parts but not the parts with JYP because it's all dubbed over for sure.
It's catching on, even though "Nobody" is so overrated here. I'm slowly getting the lyrics. :D

Wonder Girls will be touring USA with the Jonas Brothers this summer, opening the show for JB.
THAT IS FRICKIN AWESOME - ALL THE EXPOSURE!!?!?!?
The English version of "Nobody" will be released soon. By the way, "Nobody" is suddenly gaining a lot of popularity over here and I'm so sick of it because it's been so long since this song has been released and only now these people start getting the hype -_- OVERRATED.
Nevertheless, I can't wait to hear the English version of it. I want to know how much their English has improved haha! :D Maybe they could change the dance or inject something fresh into the song/performance... :)

I'm trying to find some nice photos of Wonder Girls now. They had a concert at the Wiltern yesterday. :) But I might give up in the end because I've basically done nothing for today. HAHA. Need to study in a bit.

Wonder Girls will have a new documentary by Mnet called "Welcome To Wonderland". This show will document their daily lives and will cover the world tour from Thailand, to America, then Korea. It will showcase them preparing for the concerts and the logistics invovled behind it.
But really, more importantly are the photos with their faces without make-up. :D They've been gaining a lot of attention from netizens because of these photos.
I think they still look fine without make-up. Not outrageously ugly and different from when they're on stage. :) They just look more normal. Like, you and me. Hahahahahaha
Even when Ye Eun yawns, her pose is so perfect. Hahahahahahahaha okay I'm not being biased or anything because really, even in that unglam shot she looks fine!! :D
24.1.09 : No more celebrities-endorsement for uniforms

A piece of news from yesterday. I don't really know if it's considered good or bad news.
Some people commented on Asianfanatics that Korea's Ministry Of Education, Science and Technology (MEST) just did the right thing because if the uniforms are endorsed by famous celebrities, their prices would increase. All right, times are hard. So start saving! :D
From start of February this year, we will no longer be able to see famous stars doing school uniform advertisements anymore.
The ministry of education, science and technology (MEST) announced this on 23rd January after having a discussion session. Prices of school uniforms were revised and were will the cases of excessive use of famous celebrities’ endorsement for their uniforms.
The decision was that endorsements by famous celebrities will be terminated by start of February.
Right now, some of the celebrities endorsing school uniforms are Big Bang for Skoolooks, Wonder Girls and Kim Yeon Ah for Ivy Club, 2PM and So Nyeo Shi Dae for Elite, and SHINee for Smart.
klAss, XYZ and Cheeeken are attending their first Korean lesson today while I'm stuck at home. Omg, they're so lucky. My life sucks.
But at least, I know how my name is written in Korean: Joy: 조이 (To find out how's your name is written in Korean, click here!) Haha, I'm such a loser.
CONGRATULATIONS TO WONDER GIRLS, AGAIN. :D And I think they totally deserve it!
I can't read Korean (Hangul or something?) at all but according to katrina-chan@asianfanatics, Big Bang's Haru Haru is also in the chart. DBSK's Mirotic also came in #9 for Year 2008 Best 10 albums.
Wonder Girls is ranked #1 with 22.2% of the votes for “2008’s Best 10 Singers”.
Wonder Girls’s ‘Nobody’ is ranked #1 on the “2008 Best 10 Albums” & their single, ‘So Hot’ is ranked #3.
Lastly, Wonder Girls is ranked #1 for the “Best 5 Average of Gender & Age” as Wonder Girls accumulated the highest percentage of both male & female votes added together for the category.
Congratulations to all! Haha, this is kinda random but I think Wonder Girls is too good to be true. :D

Sun Mi's English was pretty well spoken! :D 2PM did great too but the three of them lived in America before and have a pretty good grasp of English haha. They sounded nervous though. It sounded like they were speaking on the spot and had to make up what to say right then and there. :)

iDOL AWARD Album Battle, Big Bang Following Closely Behind TVXQ,
TVXQ (yay, no kickboxing woman :D) Haha, I like the board behind them!
At present, it is hard to distinguish the outcome from the voting status of the albums for the 1st Idol Award held by the Chosun Sports Newspaper.
Idol Award have gathered the 10 most supported Idol groups (TVXQ, Big Bang, Super Junior, Girls Generation, SHINee, SS501, Wonder Girls, FT Island, 2AM, 2PM) from last year to be chosen for the most popular award.
Currently in the first place is TVXQ with Big Bang following behind, as for Super Junior and Girls Generation are chasing right behind them. Who is going to take the lead among the most flourishing leads that guided the Idol groups last year and will there be any flowing in the year 2009 Ballad? It also received the greatest attention.
The standard for the winner will goes by the fans' voting which taking up 60% and the reporters group's voting which taking up 40%. The voting will end on 19 Jan (Monday), 12am and the award winners list will be out on 23 Jan.
Even though both videos do not have english subtitles, but I think they're still quite understandable.
(The first video) Initially, Hee Chul being the die-hard fan of Wonder Girls, would be trying to teach the moms the proper way of dancing Nobody. But it turned out to be the other way round in the end, and he was like "I thought I'm the one teaching them?". Hahaha.
I think Hee Chul's really passionate about the song and dance. Haha he seemed super enthusiastic in the video. He just reminds me of how much I (still) miss Super Junior! Totally can't wait for their comeback.
In SBS Good Daddy shown on 3rd December, Kim Heechul and the mothers’ of the kids took on the challenge of performing Nobody. Upon the production team request, Kim Heechul had to prepare special dance stage for Jung Eun’s student talent show together with the moms of Jung Eun’s classmates in the same class. Heechul decided on performing Wonder Girls Nobody.
According to a staff on Good Daddy, “Heechul who always brings his own special flavor to any dance, did not know that the moms had practiced really hard beforehand and started to guide them. But he was left shocked by their near flawless performance.” Kim Heechul said, “I was really shocked that they could dance so well after practise.” In the end, Heechul who has 5 years of dance experience had to be guided by the moms instead.
Heechul still is the Wonder Girls No.1 fan.

By the way, Hee Chul's new mission is to teach his own mum the Wonder Girls' dance. HAHAHAHA.

Sorry everyone, most of this is pretty old now. ;~; I haven't been up to date about stuff (busy studying for mid year exams that are coming up in 3 weeks!!) and so...we here at Jumpingnutz have also, regrettably, missed out on golden opportunities.
This June holidays is still a hot one for Singapore, not just weather-wise! After Super Junior's whirlwind day trip to Singapore on Sunday, 6th June, Wonder Girls will make their 2nd descend this year in Singapore!!
Wonder Girls will be here on the 18th June for a music showcase in conjunction with Sony Ericsson x10 mini phone. Click here for more info.
U-Kiss will be following closely after the Wonder Girls. They will be having their meet&greet session and showcase on the 20th and 21st of June, respectively. As of now, I think both their packages for the 2 events have sold out already. ;~;
BEAST will be hot on U-Kiss's heels! They'll be in Singapore from the 23rd to 25th of June. Awkward timings, cos of the weekdays. BEAST will hold a autograph session and showcase on the 24th and 25th of June respectively. They'll also be having a press conference on the morning of the 24th of June. Albums that include the tickets (for either the autograph session or showcase, NOT both) went on sale on the 5th of June at CD-Rama and HMV outlets island-wide, but pre-orders were made before that. As of now, according to Universal Music Group's Facebook page, all tickets have been sold out at CD-Rama and HMV outlets.
I doubt any of you all out there (if we even have any readers left ;~;) followed this blog to get information about the stuff like that. But if you did, I apologize. Last week, we were all trying in vain to get tickets for Super Junior's showcase that we didn't realize that BEAST tickets were going on sale already. Plus, I thought it'd be like SHINee's fan-sign. But nooooooooooooo.
:( Anyway, we didn't manage to get any tickets for anything. Not that we should, since we have exams coming right up. What an exciting 2010 for K-pop fans in Singapore!!

Super Junior - Bonamana Awesome performance, I think they did the whole song!! :D I love how coordinated the fans are btw, they formed the words "SJ" and them waving the lights. I wonder how it feels to see it all from the stage, in their perspective haha. Kyuhyun's mic was spoilt I think? Could hardly hear him in the first verse. And he didn't do the sliding thing haha! He just walked to his position on stage hehehe
Lee Hyori - Chitty Chitty Bang Bang I love her outfit here hahaha and you can see her abs :O I don't know who the rapper is actually, but he comes in for the song and this the rap halfway through the song. But that means there's no dance break. :( I haven't seen the dance break in a while haha. Hyori look great though :)
SNSD - Run Devil Run + Oh! Ooh cool dance break led by Hyoyeon :) Feels weird watching them do Oh! in fierce outfits hahaha. Not to mention the heavy, fierce looking eye makeup.
Wonder Girls - 2 Different Tears I kinda like the denim outfits here even though Yeeun doesn't look all that flattering. :( And although Hyelim isn't really warming up to me yet, I think the girl is trying hard and it makes me happy to see her trying to input in some facial expressions into her part, but she still looks kinda stiff. Can't blame her, that's a lot of people watching, staring at you while you sing and dance. :) But the cameramen seem to be bored with her, she hardly has any close-ups during her parts :(
2PM - Without U and Don't Stop Can't Stop Watching this pained me because you can see the exhaustion and pain on their faces from the response they were receiving - or rather, hearing - from the audience. I think they did an awesome job. And they really showed the audience who they were in Don't Stop Can't Stop. Taec did an awesome beastly shout of "2~ P~ M~!" during the chorus part :) Junho's singing was especially stylish during Without U. And Junsu is still missing. I hope he's alright, because he used to be able to shuffle around on stage but now he's not even there. :\
KARA - Lupin and We're With You Okay imo the outfits look weird. :( But the girls look great. Although I think the original Lupin outfits were the best. I think these are outfits for We're With You? Haha. I dunno. But the shiny multi-coloured tops and bottoms kinda made them look like sea creatures? I thought Nicole looked really scaly cos of the shiny, colourful tights. Loads of dance breaks here. Haha. I liked how they entered/started the performance for Lupin :)
After School - Bang! and DIVA Referee-like outfits! Hahaha idk that was my first thought when I saw them haha.
4minute feat. BEAST - Who's Next + Huh I LOVED THIS. Hahahaha. I thought there were too many people on the stage during Who's Next though. All the boys from BEAST looked great! Doojoon in the suit is the best. Kikwang didn't get a lot of air time but I SPIED HIM DANCING WITH HYUNA and my heart kinda broke hahaha! Keeding. 4minute did a great job with Huh though! Hyuna sounded slightly breathless during her rap, but maknae was awesome! They should have given her this role from the start instead of getting her to act cute haha
SHINee - Ring Ding Dong I've missed them!! Watching this I felt a tug on my heartstrings HAHAHA. I love how Jonghyun showed some skin/shoulder over there :Db Fan-service ftw and lucky thing the cameraman caught that!! Key's hair DNW for me :( Taemin still looks skinny and I think Minho should cut his hair!!!!! I don't really like the wispy stuff near his neck. Onew was just, precious. That said, I liked how they entered. Even though the cameraman sucked by not zooming in on their dance. Seriously. But they entered in a really cool way I mean, HOW HIGH THEY DID JUMP UP MAN.
BEAST - Special Nice entranceeeeee!! Did you all see Hyunseung lose his balance? SUPER CUTE HAHA. Red suits hahaha Yoseob looks extremely cute with the tiny bow tie (that reminds me of Hello Kitty, don't ask haha). Dongwoon's hair reminded me of a chicken :( I like his fringe but not when it gets too emo! The rest of them were awesome. Kikwang showed his shoulders! Haha. I love them. I wanna watch them perform live, so badly.
C.N.Blue - I'm A Loner + Love I got quite pissed with the cameraman, he kept showing Minhyuk's back view what is this!!!!! Also, I was going to give this performance I skip cos it's always only Yonghwa singing and though I love him, it gets a little boring after a while. THEN, I SAW THAT THEY WERE PLUGGED IN. FREAKING LIVE PERFORMANCE MAN HAHAHAHA :D I'm so glad they did an awesome job!! Nice of Leader to shout Jonghyun's name during his part in the bridge :)
MBLAQ - Y Hi Joon great fan service over there hahahaha I thought he ripped his blazer thingy to show his abs cos there's this button that secures the blazer together, but he must have unbuttoned it when he turned around :)
f(x) - Nu Abo Luna's voice still gives me the goosebumps haha! I noticed that Krystal was also wearing the heels sneakers shoes that Luna wore (and is still wearing) in their other performances. Seems like Amber is too! Only Victoria and Sulli aren't? Ok well Sulli shouldn't wear at all since she's so tall. HAHA.
ZE:A - Man2Man + All Day Long I'm going crazy, I can't tell who is who and then they all come out in almost matching outfits + shades -___- TOO MUCH FOR ME TO HANDLE. Also, I was reading the comments about who and who stripped. Wait, who??? :( I know maknae pulled his shirt apart so I suppose the button popped and we could all see his body haha! That said, leader's voice is freaking high I can't believe it!! Okay. I'm saying maknae and leader cos I don't know their names :( Leader is the one who looks like Yoochun from DBSK, right? ~*confused*~
U-Kiss - What OMG is it me or does Kevin look a bit like Key during Juliette days hahaha! The eyes. Wow. Kevin looks like he's too skinny. Dongho looks like a cute little kid during his first closeup in the video (i'm too lazy to go back and find the timing haha)
Finally done! :D Spent the afternoon watching this. Time for dinner now~! I posted everything up even if I didn't watch everything. Hahahaha concerts are the best way to get a label/tag on Jumpingnutz lol
I've embedded the English version which I think was pretty good! Yeeun's (can probably never get used to calling her Yenny haha) English is so good! I bet she practiced a lot but she enunciates pretty well :) The rest of the girls sound great too, and I like the funny cameos from Bobby Lee (MADTV, my brother was watching it the other day and was laughing like crazy) and JYP the man himself.
Upon the first listen, the song doesn't sound as catchy as Nobody or Tell Me, but it's a different sound coming from WG and it sounds good on them! Even if the song doesn't catch on at first, the easy "two" dance will definitely catch on. Instead of wagging their fingers (in Nobody), they're now doing the "V" sign to represent two.
Seems like it's a JYP thing to do simple hand signs?? "V" represents two, and 2PM's Without U has the "Ok" dance! Hahahaha
I'm liking 2 Different Tears and the fun MV. There's a smal storyline to go with it, it's pretty easy to follow. You can also download 2 Different Tears on Tap Tap Revenge 3!! I just downloaded it for free (the 2 pack song bundle requires credits/money if I'm not mistaken) and tried playing it. It's quite fun, comes in Medium and Extreme levels (I tried Medium cos I didn't wanna die hahaha it was fun, fast-paced but fun.)

Hahahaha you can watch the full show on AFSCtv2 (After School) channel but it's without subs!! Apparently, the survivor was supposed to be Hara from Kara, who was leading by a lot in some running race? But she fell at the last part, and Boram from T-ara won in the end.
Aww so cute they have this segment where they all do the famous girl group dances, like SNSD's Tell Me Your Wish leg kick (Bea from BEG is so hilarious), BEG's saucy hip dance, and KARA's butt dance.
But Ga-In from BEG, Nicole from KARA and 6 other members from SNSD aren't present. Man, Nicole should have been there!! It's like, all her friends are there! HAHAHA :)

2PM - Special stage Part 2 They performed Forever Love by Fin.K.L and Bad Boy by Rain. I bet Lee Hyori's extremely happy about this!! I read somewhere (or was it when I was watching Family Outing lol) that she's fangirling over 2PM now?? So they should start guesting on FO already lol. Anyway, the best part about this is watching Jay do a cutesy dance. :D :D Nichkhun looks like a total angel!!!! And during Bad Boy performance, I LOVED HOW THEY PUT JUNHO ON STAGE FIRST, and he's like solo-ing there for a bit before the rest of them comes out to join him. ♥ Junho is too cute!! And he is, after all, the Rain lookalike ;D
Brown Eyed Girls - Abracadabra They're in shocking pink this time!!! Every time I watch them perform Abracadabra, it strikes me that Ga-In is extremely fair!! Her legs, GLOW. :O Great performance from them once again. :)
F.T. Island - I Hope I've been wondering about their lives, like I know Hongki's singing is live, and the guitars aren't because they're not plugged in but is Minhwan's drumming live, then? He's a total qt here, singing along to the song in the background while drumming away like a fiend :D AND HE GETS LOADS OF CLOSE-UPS HERE :D :D :D But the performance got cut shorter, Seunghyun's rap was cut :(
KARA - Again & Again (special stage) WOAH, whole different feeling from when 2PM performed it, especially the beginning during the popping parts. But I'm not saying they didn't do well, they surpassed my expectations because they usually don't dance to b-boy style kinda stuff :D
KARA - Wanna Hara is unbelievably skinny. :O This was also a good performance from them.
Mighty Mouth Feat. UEE - Love Class Fun performance as usual! :) Uee is so pretty and her eyes are so big *_______* Hahaha. The last time she danced in flats, this time she's in heels :)
KARA (Nicole), BEG (Ga-In), 4Minute (HyunA), 2NE1 (Minji) - Special stage HOMG AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEEE STAGE!!! Everyone's standing in this box thing and they do their dance there. Nicole's doing the butt dance thing (as seen in "Mister" performances). Ga-In's the only one heels cause she's working on being sexy hahahah, HyunA does a fierce performance with a split at the end. But my favourite is Minji!!!!!! No bias here, she's just plain awesome! Her body was flowing with the music very well, but the cap with the long fringe kinda scared me when she turned around hahaha thank goodness she took it off and tossed it haha :)
Wonder Girls message (!!!!!!) So nice to see WG speaking in Korean again!!! :D They talk about the Idol Special Inkigayo is having I think (sorry my Korean fails haha) and then they talk about Taecyeon and Wooyoung being MCs and start shouting out to them!! LOL. When they're say bye, everyone says "Annyeong~" except Sunmi, she says "Bye bye!" Awwww, 4D girl hahaha

BEG WINSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS OMG YESAHHHHHHHHH their first win and Ga-In is so cute when she cries, she can't sing her lines and so the backtrack plays during her parts at the encore :D I'm so happy for them, they deserved it!!! :D :D :D

While I thought the performance on this show was a lot more dry than the ones they do in Korea, I think it was still stellar. I probably think it's drier because the audience were quiet hahahahaha unlike when WG perform on music shows in Korea, the fans scream. Like, really loud and this changes the atmosphere. :)
Pretty funny! Jordin Sparks is so funny, she's like really excited about the dance. And she talks really fast - at the end of the video she goes, "I really should just stop talking now." LOL.
I didn't watch the original MV enough so I can't tell if they actually remade the MV or not. Hahaha, except the mouthing seems in sync with the English words - so I'm guessing the remade the WG parts but not the parts with JYP because it's all dubbed over for sure.
It's catching on, even though "Nobody" is so overrated here. I'm slowly getting the lyrics. :D

THAT IS FRICKIN AWESOME - ALL THE EXPOSURE!!?!?!?
The English version of "Nobody" will be released soon. By the way, "Nobody" is suddenly gaining a lot of popularity over here and I'm so sick of it because it's been so long since this song has been released and only now these people start getting the hype -_- OVERRATED.
Nevertheless, I can't wait to hear the English version of it. I want to know how much their English has improved haha! :D Maybe they could change the dance or inject something fresh into the song/performance... :)

Wonder Girls will have a new documentary by Mnet called "Welcome To Wonderland". This show will document their daily lives and will cover the world tour from Thailand, to America, then Korea. It will showcase them preparing for the concerts and the logistics invovled behind it.
But really, more importantly are the photos with their faces without make-up. :D They've been gaining a lot of attention from netizens because of these photos.
I think they still look fine without make-up. Not outrageously ugly and different from when they're on stage. :) They just look more normal. Like, you and me. Hahahahahaha
Even when Ye Eun yawns, her pose is so perfect. Hahahahahahahaha okay I'm not being biased or anything because really, even in that unglam shot she looks fine!! :D
24.1.09 : No more celebrities-endorsement for uniforms

A piece of news from yesterday. I don't really know if it's considered good or bad news.
Some people commented on Asianfanatics that Korea's Ministry Of Education, Science and Technology (MEST) just did the right thing because if the uniforms are endorsed by famous celebrities, their prices would increase. All right, times are hard. So start saving! :D
From start of February this year, we will no longer be able to see famous stars doing school uniform advertisements anymore.
The ministry of education, science and technology (MEST) announced this on 23rd January after having a discussion session. Prices of school uniforms were revised and were will the cases of excessive use of famous celebrities’ endorsement for their uniforms.
The decision was that endorsements by famous celebrities will be terminated by start of February.
Right now, some of the celebrities endorsing school uniforms are Big Bang for Skoolooks, Wonder Girls and Kim Yeon Ah for Ivy Club, 2PM and So Nyeo Shi Dae for Elite, and SHINee for Smart.

I can't read Korean (Hangul or something?) at all but according to katrina-chan@asianfanatics, Big Bang's Haru Haru is also in the chart. DBSK's Mirotic also came in #9 for Year 2008 Best 10 albums.
Wonder Girls is ranked #1 with 22.2% of the votes for “2008’s Best 10 Singers”.
Wonder Girls’s ‘Nobody’ is ranked #1 on the “2008 Best 10 Albums” & their single, ‘So Hot’ is ranked #3.
Lastly, Wonder Girls is ranked #1 for the “Best 5 Average of Gender & Age” as Wonder Girls accumulated the highest percentage of both male & female votes added together for the category.

JYP is fully utilising Youtube to expand them. (Videos of them practicing for the tango for MKMF 2008 were also uploaded on the JYP account - VERY VERY GOOD RESPONSE. Haha) Wonder Girls and 2PM (as well as Park Jin Young - JYP) are gonna have their own official channels and an event is being organized on Youtube. During the launch of the channels you stand a chance to win the autographed CD by one of the groups!!!1111

Sun Mi's English was pretty well spoken! :D 2PM did great too but the three of them lived in America before and have a pretty good grasp of English haha. They sounded nervous though. It sounded like they were speaking on the spot and had to make up what to say right then and there. :)

Congratulations to SNSD, Big Bang, Seung Ri (Big Bang), Big Bang (again), Wonder Girls and Brown Eyed Girls for taking the 1st, 6th, 7th, 11th, 16th and 20th spot respectively in Music Bank! The song, Gee is real catchy.
Big Bang's damn good too with 3 of their songs in Top 20! :D I kinda like Strong Baby (but not the clean version, haha). I don't understand what's wrong with the crack.

iDOL AWARD Album Battle, Big Bang Following Closely Behind TVXQ,
TVXQ (yay, no kickboxing woman :D) Haha, I like the board behind them!
At present, it is hard to distinguish the outcome from the voting status of the albums for the 1st Idol Award held by the Chosun Sports Newspaper.
Idol Award have gathered the 10 most supported Idol groups (TVXQ, Big Bang, Super Junior, Girls Generation, SHINee, SS501, Wonder Girls, FT Island, 2AM, 2PM) from last year to be chosen for the most popular award.
Currently in the first place is TVXQ with Big Bang following behind, as for Super Junior and Girls Generation are chasing right behind them. Who is going to take the lead among the most flourishing leads that guided the Idol groups last year and will there be any flowing in the year 2009 Ballad? It also received the greatest attention.
The standard for the winner will goes by the fans' voting which taking up 60% and the reporters group's voting which taking up 40%. The voting will end on 19 Jan (Monday), 12am and the award winners list will be out on 23 Jan.
Even though both videos do not have english subtitles, but I think they're still quite understandable.
(The first video) Initially, Hee Chul being the die-hard fan of Wonder Girls, would be trying to teach the moms the proper way of dancing Nobody. But it turned out to be the other way round in the end, and he was like "I thought I'm the one teaching them?". Hahaha.
I think Hee Chul's really passionate about the song and dance. Haha he seemed super enthusiastic in the video. He just reminds me of how much I (still) miss Super Junior! Totally can't wait for their comeback.
In SBS Good Daddy shown on 3rd December, Kim Heechul and the mothers’ of the kids took on the challenge of performing Nobody. Upon the production team request, Kim Heechul had to prepare special dance stage for Jung Eun’s student talent show together with the moms of Jung Eun’s classmates in the same class. Heechul decided on performing Wonder Girls Nobody.
According to a staff on Good Daddy, “Heechul who always brings his own special flavor to any dance, did not know that the moms had practiced really hard beforehand and started to guide them. But he was left shocked by their near flawless performance.” Kim Heechul said, “I was really shocked that they could dance so well after practise.” In the end, Heechul who has 5 years of dance experience had to be guided by the moms instead.
Heechul still is the Wonder Girls No.1 fan.

By the way, Hee Chul's new mission is to teach his own mum the Wonder Girls' dance. HAHAHAHA.
